Privacy policy

The website does not use cookies, and no statistics are collected about your visit. You can read the site without anything being recorded about you.

If you call or write, I process the information you provide yourself: name, telephone number, email address and what you tell me about your enquiry. It is used solely to reply to you and to arrange an appointment.

Please do not send detailed health information or personal identification numbers by ordinary email. Ordinary email is not a secure channel. Call instead, or write only briefly what your enquiry is about.

As an authorised healthcare professional I am required to keep patient records. The record contains your contact details, your Danish civil registration number if you have one, your health information and the examinations and treatments carried out.

The processing is based on Article 6(1)(c) and Article 9(2)(h) of the General Data Protection Regulation, together with the Danish Health Act and the Danish record-keeping order. Records are kept for at least 10 years after the last entry and are then deleted.

Information is only passed on where necessary or required by law. This may be to the Central Denmark Region and the Danish public health insurance scheme in connection with subsidy settlement, to the health insurance provider “danmark” if you ask for it, and to your doctor or another practitioner if you give your consent.

The clinic's email and website are operated by external suppliers who process information on the clinic's behalf as data processors. No information is transferred to countries outside the EU and EEA.

You have the right of access to the information I process about you, the right to have inaccurate information corrected, the right to object to the processing, and in certain cases the right to restriction or erasure. The right to erasure is limited by the statutory duty to keep patient records.
